During this fiscal year, RID has pushed to streamline our programs and practices, enabling us to build momentum as we pedal toward our strategic goals. There has been a lot of transformation within RID over the past few years. This has meant rebuilding our foundation, re-examining our practices, and reprioritizing HQ staff efforts and time. This process is ongoing, and we are now starting to see the mile markers of success. In this report, our Director of Finance Jennifer Apple emphasizes our progress in coming ever closer to a zero-based budget. This need was first identified three years ago, and her diligence in attending to expenses while also encouraging investment activities and opportunities for revenue has led us in a positive direction. Some staffing adjustments at Headquarters resulted in Ryan Butts taking over our Standards and Practices department, which includes the mainstay program of RID — certification.

RID Region III Conference 2018
Indiana Chapter of Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf. Leadership, Engagement And Development …Together! A Working Conference of Change Agents. We expect all who choose to participate onsite at the Lead Together conference to give the best we have to offer so we can harness our common desire for a stronger and more unified RID, dedicated to fostering the highest degree of linguistic access for the Deaf Community possible. The recommendations that come out of the work of leadership track participants at the Lead Together conference will be used to define the RID Strategic Plan.
I've been holding out, mostly contentedly, for a time when we could appreciate each other as unique individuals. Is your mind made up and you want justifying support. Basically this is different than dating a religious mainstream Christian. See her good qualities for what they are and see it as a good relationship to remember. Yes, I have considered alternatives. Its was written in shorthand so its hard to read. Our relationship is not perfect, not easy, but absolutely amazing. She's told me the church is one of the most important things to her, but from what I've researched already there's no way I would subject my future children to this culture. The essay on race and the priesthood claims that Brigham Young prophesied that blacks would receive the priesthood someday, but if you actually follow the link in the footnotes you will see that he was misquoted. And it was the most miserable and lousy choice I ever made.
Then you might want to talk about all the things her church requires. When I hear some of the issues going on in Mormon Land, I usually say to myselfв. After a lot of thought during that relationship with a non-Mormon, I laid out exactly what struggles I was probably going to face: I was worried about my own faith.
